The hotel's location is perfect for accessing the Riverwalk, but parking comes at an extra charge, and the initial customer service experience was not great. The rooms were decent, albeit a bit humid throughout my stay. The dining experience had its flaws with overcrowding issues, but the menu was extensive. On the bright side, the front desk receptionists were outstanding. Overall, a mixed experience with highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were great, super comfortable, and very clean, but the restroom left something to be desired with a bit of a stinky and dirty issue. The service was nice mostly, although they didn't help our team as expected. The location was fantastic right across from the Riverwalk, but the additional parking charge upon arrival was not pleasant. Overall, it was good value for the money.
